How to Get through Noxious Fumes in Baldur’s Gate 3
Players will come across the Noxious Fumes as they explore Overgrown Tunnel in Baldur’s Gate 3. To get past them players will first have to ungroup their party to avoid accidentally setting off a trap. This is a good precaution as your allies might set off one while following you. Once you ungroup your companions, look for some Perception Checks surrounding the Noxious Fumes in BG3. We recommend you save the game before, so you can try out the checks again if you fail. Once you or one of your companions successfully pass the check, you will be able to see a vent below the poisonous fumes. Players can use a fire spell to scatter the Noxious Fumes for some time, to have a better look at the vent in Baldur’s Gate 3.
After knowing the exact location of the vent, players can then use different objects or containers to cover it in BG3. You will have to open your inventory and use the throw option to aim it at the vent. Make sure that the object or the container won’t break as it lands. Once you have successfully covered the vent, it will stop all the Noxious Fumes from coming out and you can pass through the area easily.
