Opold will give Commander Shepard a smuggling mission once she gets into the Spectre. This is because your security clearance won’t raise alarms. It will also allow you to smuggle the illegal item into Port Hanshan. You also can choose to decline this option if you want to be a goody-two-shoes and report Opold to Administrator Anoleis. However, if you do choose to bend the rules, you can demand a higher price by using your Renegade points.
You also can go and directly sell the illegal item to the client, a short-tempered Krogan called Inamorda. If you do so, you can earn more money from Inamorda. Even if do this, Opold will still trade with you, but don’t expect any warmth. However, if you decide to keep the items with yourself, Inamorda will attack you.
