Which is the Best Malignant Heart to Use?
So if you are playing in a party of various classes, you can start your grind towards getting the Caged Heart of the Barber (Wrathful) together, wherein “Critical Strikes and all subsequent damage within 2.0-4.0 seconds is absorbed by your target. Then, the absorbed damage erupts onto surrounding enemies. Stored damage is increased by 10%(x) per second.” And Necromancers have an amazing bonus where “Walking near a Corpse automatically activates an equipped Corpse Skill every second, dealing a % of reduced damage.”
The Caged Hearts in A and B tiers are usable too, just it depends on your build, and the item powers you have unlocked.
So these were the best and worst Vicious, Brutal, Devious, and Wrathful Hearts. With that out of the way, check out our Diablo 4 Nightmare Dungeon tier list as well as class tier list of season 1.
