While there is no one way to get Legendary gear, you can get it through many methods. That’s because there’s a pretty rare chance to get this gear. There are several ways to get the Legendary Gear. But all of them require a grind.
So, here are the best ways to get them:
Elder Rift
You can grind on the Elder Rift multiple times to receive Legendary Gear. While the chances to get the Legendary items are extremely rare, you can increase those chances with legendary crests. Hell Difficulty

Zone Events
You can participate in the timely Zone events to get a Legendary item drop. As these events spawn only during specific days and times, you need to plan a schedule for grinding on it.
Bounties
One of the best ways to get legendary drops is heading over to the Bounty Board. You need to grind and defeat the monsters to get the Monstrous Essence. For 10 Monstrous essence, you can unlock a collection in the Bestiary section. As you unlock a new entry, you will also get a chest with several rewards.
There’s a high chance that this chest drops some Legendary or Set Items. To increase your chances, level up the Bestiary.
