In order to catch the biggest fish, you must complete a few steps and a stranger mission – ‘A Fisher of Fish’.
How Unlock Legendary Fishing Map
Before you head towards the biggest fish in RDR2, let’s head to northeast shore of Flat Iron Lake. Meet Jeremy Gill to start the stranger quest – ‘A Fisher of Fish’. Now you will have 13 Legendary Fish locations on your Map. Catch all 13 and send them back to Jeremy Gill via mail. Legendary Fishes Requirement – Bait, Lure, and Weather
Make sure you have stocked up on the highest quality fishing lures before you start your legendary fishing quest. All you need is Special Lake Lure, the Special River Lure, and the Special Swamp Lure to complete the mission. The Special Lake Lure can be purchased for $20 each at Bait and Tackle Shop on the west shore of Lagras, north of Saint-Denis.
