The Ice Warpers Rod can be obtained from the Northern Expedition island and has some decent stats, however, you cannot directly purchase it. Players need to complete the Levers puzzle and here’s how you can complete every step. Keep in mind that you need to do all of this on the same server because the progress may reset if you switch servers midway.
How to Get the Ice Warpers Rod in Fisch (Solve the Levers Puzzle)
To complete the Levers puzzle, you need to visit the location of 6 levers while having a lantern equipped so that you can melt the ice around it. If you don’t have a lantern yet, speak to the Lantern Keeper and purchase one from this NPC. If you’ve unlocked the Advent Calendar rewards, then you may already have an Aurora Lantern, Frostfire Lantern, Holiday Candle Lantern, and the Winter Ghost Lantern.
Here are the GPS coordinates of every lever for the puzzle — you can activate them in any order and then go to the puzzle room to pull the final one.

If you want to boost the Lure Speed, you can go for the Hasty enchantment, Quality for an overall boost and Unbreakable for +10,000 Max Kg. It cannot compete with the Rod of the Depths or No Life rod, but if you prefer its stats when enchanted, you can go for it.
