In short, you must beat Izuchi to get the material which will unlock Izuchi weapons via the Izuchi tree.

You will start off with basic starting weapons but as you continue playing and slaying monsters, they will become more expensive and stronger. Keep getting the upgrades in the weapon tree in MHR while keeping in mind that you will be able to roll back most of the weapons you make.
