Monster Hunter Rise: How To Unlock High Rank

Published Date :

Wondering how to unlock High Rank in Monster Hunter Rise? Is there any faster way to do it? If these are the questions on your mind then look no further. We’ll guide you through it and provide the steps for unlocking high rank with different methods. There are quite a few things you have to do to make this happen which will let you access higher level in-game content. So, let’s dive in.

How to Unlock High Rank in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR)

There are two ways to get High Rank in MHR. Players can either go from 1 to 4* in Gathering Hub or reach 6* Village quests after which you must complete 3 Special License Test quests. Doing this will unlock High Rank in Monster Hunter Rise. Note that you will have to fight multiple Monsters in these which will make them quite challenging.

When you complete the special quests that are a newly added mechanic, you will be able to rank higher in the similar Hub quests without doing them again. Basically, they are a timesaver that will take you directly to high rank. You don’t have to do both low rank Village Key quests as well as low rank Hub quests. Only leveling up in Village and reaching high rank quests is all you have to do.

In the first Special License Test, you have to clear 3 4* Village Key quests, the second requires you to clear 3 5* Village Key quests and the third one requires you to reach 6* Village Quests. For multiplayer lovers who do Hub Quests, you can reach High Rank as part of your normal progression in the game.
