Thankfully there is a way in Trials of Mana Remake to reset Training Points and you can work on your character from scratch in unlocking abilities you have missed.

How to restore Training Points in Trials of Mana Remake?

The best way to reset the Training point is to meet Phony Fortune-teller. He is only available in the night time ta the black market in Merchant Town Beiser.
