There are 2 responses available saying either ‘yes’ or ‘not now’. Ho****exual or same-s*x couples will adopt a child whereas hetero***ual or opposite-s*x couples will have a biological child.

The gender of the child is random. However, you can have two children in the game. You can only have a second child once your first child reaches the Toddler stage.
