After this, when you go to bed for the night your there is a 1 in 20 chance your partner will ask you if you want to have/adopt a child. There are 2 responses available saying either ‘yes’ or ‘not now’. Ho****exual or same-s*x couples will adopt a child whereas hetero***ual or opposite-s*x couples will have a biological child.

Tips About Kids

The gender of the child is random. However, you can have two children in the game. You can only have a second child once your first child reaches the Toddler stage. The gender of your second child will be opposite to that of your first. You should also note that the children will never grow past the Toddler stage.
