- Only PS5 users can access the High Frame Rate mode. PS4 and PS4 Pro users cannot enable it.

- You also need a screen that has a 4K display with an HDMI 2.1 port.

How to Enable 120 Hz Output
Another thing that you need to change is to enable 120 Hz output. On your PS5’s Settings, open Screen and Video, and head to Video Output. From there, select Enable 120 Hz output and toggle it to Automatic.
