You can get a Heart Crosshair by changing your crosshair’s Dot Type to Heart. This is where you can find its settings:

  1. Open the menu and go to Options.
  2. Next, go to the Controls tab.
    • Here you can change your Hero to Mercy or any particular hero that you want to set it for or by default it will apply to all of them.
  3. Next, set the Type to Dot.
  4. Finally, expand the Advanced drop-down and change the Dot Type to Heart.

Now, you can play with the other settings to get the crosshair as per your preference, like a filled Heart, a hollow Heart, both of them combined with different colors or more.
