You can get the World’s Edge in Remnant 2 by completing the game’s story and defeating the final boss Annihilation on Apocalypse difficulty. Doing so will unlock the melee weapon for you at Brabus’ shop in Ward 13. You will then be able to purchase the World’s Edge for 750 Scrap from the shop.
