The store is available in the Paulownia Mall and along with the drink it also sells the Super Cat Food required to complete the Feed the Cat request from Elizabeth. That aside, you will be able to purchase the Muscle Drink for around 1000 Yen in the game.
Players may find it a bit too expensive early on in Persona 3 Reload. However, you will be able to make enough money with part-time jobs and by selling unnecessary items to purchase the muscle drink. While you will only need one to complete the request and report back to Elizabeth, you can also purchase more as it will restore the health of one of your allies during combat.
Another method to get your hands on the Muscle Drink in Persona 3 Reload would be to open different chests. If you have explored Tartarus enough, you will often come across different chests consisting of some or the other reward.
