In Persona 3 Reload, your character will be able to interact with all the different and unique aspects like challenging combat, interesting interactions and crisp visuals. Although you are given access to this room early on in the game itself, you will first have to enter Tartarus to do so. How to Get to the Velvet Room in Persona 3 Reload
As mentioned earlier, one of the ways to get to the Velvet Room is made available to you, once you enter Tartarus. However, there is also a way to access this room in the game’s real world. This door is located at the Paulownia Mall.
In order to find this entrance, you will firstly have to open the Map and get to the Paulownia Mall. From here, go towards the center of this area and try to look for the Police Station. Once you have located the Police Station, towards the left-hand side, under the flight of stairs, you will notice a secluded alley.
Although it seems like a dead end, walk in the direction of the potted plants and turn towards the right-hand side. You will then notice the bright blue door that leads to the Velvet Room. Therefore, by using this alternate entrance you won’t have to wait for the Dark Hour to explore the Tartarus if you want to fuse your Personas.
