Imperial Thread in V Rising is a key component in making the best Armor in the game, Bloodmoon Battlegear. You can craft it using the Loom, you can get it by beating Beatrice The Tailor. The Imperial Thread’s recipe is unlocked by beating Mairwyn the Elementalist, a level 64 V Blood at Emberleaf Grove in Southeast of Silverlight Hills. Once you do get the recipe, you will need these many resources to make one Imperial Thread:

  • 12 Snow Flowers (Common in Gleaming Meadows & Dunley Monastery)
  • 12 Sunflowers (Common in Farms at Dunley Farmlands)
  • 8 Wool Thread

Once you have enough of it, you will be able to make the Best Armor, Bloodmoon Battlegear, & the best long-range weapon, Sanguine Crossbow. You can craft it by collecting the resources mentioned above or Farm it by visiting these locations:

  • Both Eastern Army Posts of Silverlight Hills
  • Brighthaven Slums
  • Southern Army Post of Silverlight Hills
  • Brighthaven Cathedral
  • Brighthaven Square

To make the Bloodmoon Battlegear, you will need 48 Imperial Thread along with the Dawnthorn Armor, 32 Silk, & 4 Primal Essence. Crafting the Sanguine Crossbow is a bit pricy. You will need 16 Imperial Thread, 4 Primal Essence, 12 Pristine Leather, & a Dark Silver Crossbow.
