That dish will take him to his childhood and as a gift, he will make you a Fish Farm behind the restaurant. But before you could do that, there are some prerequisites you’ll have to complete. - First, go ahead and unlock Night Diving. For that first complete the Duff’s Pink Delivery quests, which will be available a little later in the game. After that, simply defeat the Giant Squid & John Watson. And once it’s done, Otto will visit the restaurant, which will unlock the Night Diving feature.
