To sell items like Pearls and Gold Bar, you need to interact with an NPC known as Cobra on the boat in Dave the Diver. After completing a quest known as ‘Where the Current Flows’, you’ll unlock Cobra’s Premium Shop. Once unlocked, interact with Cobra and click on the Sell option to get started. In Cobra’s Premium Shop, you can see a list of items that you have collected. So you can select a Pearl, or any other item to sell it from there.
Apart from selling a Pearl or a Gold Bar, you will also come across fish and other ingredients. Now, in order to sell them, you must head to the Sushi Bar. From there, open the Ingredient Menu and sell whatever ingredient or food item you want in Dave the Diver. And in exchange, you will earn a good amount of money.
