You can find the Fertilizer located in the Nimbus Land. You can obtain it from Beezo, the Shy Guy, located to the extreme right of the Nimbus Land by talking to him. However, there are some prerequisites you need to complete before you claim this item. They are as follows:

  1. Complete the Nimbus Castle area.
  2. Defeat the Valentina boss.

Once you have restored peace in Nimbus Land, head to the extreme right of the map where you can find an empty house. You can find Croco stealing from there if you head inside.

So, follow the below steps to get the Fertilizer in Super Mario RPG:

  • From that house, move south to the edge of the cloud borders and walk on the air.
  • Keep walking straight on an invisible path leading to Beezo, the Shy Guy.
  • Once you interact with him, he will offer you a Fertilizer for letting him go.

Finally, head to the Rose Town to give the Gardener the required items for Lazy Shell and armor. If you are confused, check out our guide on how to get and use Lazy Shell for more insight.
