More specifically, you must kill the Wild Boars in the locations of Mondstadt, Springvale and Liyue, and Squirrels in Liyue. You can also acquire it by completing the Expeditions in Windrise.

If they are in a group, they will go their separate ways which means that you will have to target specific ones to get the meat.
