You can purchase Agnidus Agate Silver in exchange for Geo Sigils from the Souvenir Shop. Each of them will cost 10 Geo Sigils. You can get Geo Sigils from the chest floating on water, exploring mountain tops, and from the Statue of the Seven.
Once you have enough Geo Sigils, head to the Souvenir Shop in Liyue Harbor to get some Agnidus Agate Silver and ascend your characters.
