Once the Cheat Console opens up, enter testingcheats true. After this, enter cas.fulleditmode and then press the Enter button. Doing so will enable the CAS cheat in Sims 4. All you now need to do is click a Sim whilst simultaneously holding the Shift key. This will give you the ability to edit the Sim completely. While you click on the Sim of your choice, you will find the Edit in CAS option. Click on it.
