How to Find the Force Gun in Dead Space

force gun stats

The spawn location of the Force Gun in Dead Space is in West Seedling Room A during Chapter 6. You will need to have level 2 security clearance to be able to unlock the door.

In Chapter 6: Environmental Hazard, Isaac heads to the Hydroponics Deck to fix the air quality. Wheezers, a form of Necromorph that generates and exhales poisonous gases, are behind this. Your objective is to kill them and get rid of the toxic air. You won’t have to go out of your way to find the Force Gun, however.

After opening the West Seedling Room A, you will see the Force Gun lying on the floor. Pick it up and proceed towards the completion of the chapter.

If you are not already aware, the weapon is actually a shotgun and is best used for crowd control. So, if you are faced with a large group of necromorphs anytime, unleash the Force Gun on them. Its primary fire releases a huge kinetic blast of energy outwards. The secondary fire on the other hand, is more of a grenade launcher. It explodes upon impact with an enemy.

The strangest part about the Force Gun is its reload mechanism. It utilizes gravity around it instead of ammo. Thus, the name, Handheld Graviton Accelerator. Assuming that you have picked up every gun prior to this chapter, you will unlock a rare achievement called Full Arsenal. This simply means that you now have every weapon in the game.

That’s all you need to know about the Force Gun location in Dead Space. If you found this guide helpful, then don’t forget to check out how to change suits or how to get the Level 3 suit in our Dead Space section on Gamer Tweak.
