In Palworld, Pals are prone to major status conditions and injuries which will eventually slow down their work at the base and can even worsen their well-being. One of the major injuries that would force your pal to stay out of sorts is Fracture. And unlike some of the minor ones like Sprains which require Low-Grade Medical Supplies, it is one of the hard ones to deal with.
That said, these status conditions can be easily avoided by taking care of your pals and keeping their sanity throughout your playthrough. However, if one of your pals does develop a Fracture in Palworld overworking themselves at the base, then you might need to gather some resources to craft a cure. How to Heal Fractures in Palworld
Players can cure Fracture in Palworld by feeding Medical Supplies to their pals. In order to craft the Medical Supplies you will need to first build the Medieval Medicine Workbench. You can unlock the recipe for it once you reach level 12 and with the help of two Technology Points in the game.
The Crafting Station is used to craft medical supplies required to treat different status ailments. Here are the resources required to place the Medieval Medicine Workbench in Palworld:
- x2 Wood
- x5 Nails
- x10 Paldium Fragments
You can easily get your hands on the above resources early on in the game. Once you place the crafting station, you will be able to interact with it and go through all the recipes available. One of the recipes would be of Medical Supplies which potentially heals pals with fractures back to normal.
However, unlike Low-Grade Medical Supplies which require only berries and horns, you will need to gather a few more resources for the normal Medical Supplies. Here are the resources that you will need to forage:
- x3 Ingots
- x3 Horns
- x3 Bones
While you will be able to gather Horns and Bones quite easily, you will need ores to craft Ingots in the game. We would highly recommend you set up an automated ore farm after grinding through some of the levels. It will help you get those ores required for ingots much more easily and without any hassle.
With that being said, there are a couple of Pals and Syndicate Thugs that could potentially drop Medical Supplies once defeated. However, you might find them very rare and it might just be time-consuming in Palworld. Another method involves purchasing Medical Supplies from Merchants. It will cost you around 800 Gold to buy the item in the game.
Once you get your hands on the Medical Supplies, you can cure your pals with Fracture in Palworld by feeding them. It can be done simply by using the Feed Command from the Pal Command Interface and then selecting the supplies in question.
