Mortal Kombat 1 is all about brutal finishes and the iconic fatalities but many players cannot make the MK1 Easy Fatalities work. While Fatalities has been around for quite some time, you have to press several buttons to make it work. Fortunately, the Easy Fatalities is only a couple of buttons and hence players want to make it work. While it is not a bug, this issue is bugging the players and in this guide, we will explain how you can make the Easy Fatalities work.
How to Fix Easy Fatalities Not Working in MK1
The Easy Fatalities not working is not exactly a bug or an error in MK1. Players will need a particular currency called Easy Fatality Tokens. Without these Tokens, the Easy Fatalities won’t work at all in Mortal Kombat 1. If you are wondering how to get the Easy Fatality Tokens, they can only be purchased in the Mortal Kombat 1 store with the premium currency called Dragon Crystals.
If you head over to the move lists in your menu and look under Fatalities in Finishers, you will be able to spot the Easy Fatalities and how easily players can achieve it in MK1. However, Dragon Crystals are not easy to farm and players will have to spend some money. Having said that, the Easy Fatality Tokens aren’t cheap either.
- 5 Easy Fatality Tokens – 100 Dragon Crystals
- 40 Easy Fatality Tokens – 800 Dragon Crystals
- 100 Easy Fatality Tokens – 2,000 Dragon Crystals
If you had purchased the Mortal Kombat 1 premium edition, you would have unlocked some of this currency. However, basic edition players will have to spend some money now and then to use Easy Fatalities in MK1.
