If you are looking for Elder Brithvar, you will find him sometime after reaching Grymforge in Baldur’s Gate 3. Once you reach Grymforge, you will hear about the trapped True Soul in the cave. As you head towards the cave-in, Elder Brithvar will try to take money from the party with the help of another Duergar. Since he is owed money by the Nere, you will have to assure him that you are on their side.
After that, they will offer an additional objective to players that involves killing Nere and splitting the money. If players accept, he will also ask them to first destroy the Scrying Eye that is moving through the Duergar camp. Soon, players will find Nere and will have to make a decision on whether they should side with Nere or Elder Brithvar in BG3. There are pros and cons for each so make your decision wisely. Also, at Grymforge, players can get the Adamantine Forge and Mithral Ores.
