How To Get Tech Parts In Spider-Man 2

While playing Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 you should know how to get Tech Parts & Rare Tech Parts. These are some of the resources that you will need if you want to get new suits or unlock their Suit Tech Upgrades.

You might think these aren’t necessary as you can complete the game without getting them. While that would be technically true, getting those upgrades will just make your playthrough and overall gameplay experience better. So here is where you can find them.

How to Farm Tech Parts Fast in Spider-Man 2

How To Get Tech Parts And Rare Tech Parts In Spider-Man 2

You can farm both Tech Parts and Rare Tech Parts while doing the following side activities:

  • Stop Crimes
  • Complete FNSM Requests
  • Complete EMF Experiments
  • Find Spider-Bots
  • Complete Hunter Blinds
  • Finding Prowler Stashes

Some of these tasks are very easy, like while swinging around the city you can scan the area. If there is a Spider-Bot nearby you will get its location, go there, and collect it. Completing Hunter Blinds is also fairly simple as it requires you to take down Kraven’s men. Similar to the Spider-Bots you can find stashes hidden in different places.

How To Use Tech Parts

As mentioned above, you can use these Tech Parts for Suit Tech upgrades, here are some examples of the ones we found useful:

  • Floor is Lava: Do successive air attacks to increase damage by up to 50% extra. It will reset upon landing.
    • Upgrade Cost:
      • 225x Tech Parts
      • 8x Rare Tech Parts
  • Double Focus: Get an extra Focus Bar. Use it to heal more or consume 2 Focus Bars to perform finishers on brute enemies.
    • Upgrade Cost:
      • 170x Tech Parts
      • 6x Rare Tech Parts
  • Best Defense: Heal yourself a bit on when you do a 10th hit in a Combo.
    • Upgrade Cost:
      • 225x Tech Parts
      • 8x Rare Tech Parts
