New World Failed To Join Login Queue Fix

What does ‘New World Failed To Join Login Queue. Please Try Again’ mean and how to fix this connection error? This guide will give you the answers you are looking for. Due to New World’s explosive popularity, the servers have been pretty full and the queue times have been long. Amazon Game Studios has worked to increase the capacity to accommodate more players, but this issue has been bugging players quite a bit.

Here’s what’s happening – players patiently wait to go from 350 to 90 to 80, only to be shown the Failed to join Login queue error. Getting into the game has been very time-consuming for many but unfortunately, the queue only gets longer. To fix it, first check if your internet connection is stable. If not, reset your router and try again. Use a wired connection if possible. You can also try clicking on the Refresh button and checking out the Worlds with low Population. This button is located under the Characters section.

Apart from this, there’s nothing you can do about it because this is all related to the server size and population. You can attempt to join a queue during non-peak hours to see if the queue times are lower. But sometimes, even the least populated server can turn into a heavily populated one within no time, so hopefully, luck is in your favor and you can join a game as soon as possible.

The good news is that the developers are aware of the problem. Here’s a reply from AGS Customer Service on a thread:

  • We are fully aware of these problems with the logins and queues and we appreciate the patience & feedback.
  • We understand the frustration completely. Our developer team is actively working on this situation. We apologize for the inconvenience!

So, as of now, we await any official fix from the devs for this problem and hopefully, they increase the server capacity even more soon.
