To get the Draconic Tears in Honkai Star Rail, head over to the Jeweler’s Pagoda in Xianzhou Luofu’s Central Starskiff Haven and investigate the shiny item on the counter. The pawnbroker Handian will scold you for it. Continue talking to him and he will hand you the Dirty Mechanical Part to take it to a young man talking about revenge.
Simply head back and you’ll find this Frowning Young Man in white and green robes. Talk to him and he will exchange the Dirty Mechanical Part for an Old Tin Box.
Next, teleport to the Court of Tranquility in the Exalting Sanctum area and head over to the Spare Time Book Shop. There, you’ll meet a Sad Woman looking for an Iron Box. Hand over the box to the Sad Woman NPC and you’ll get a Bottle Of Draconic Tears.
How to Use Draconic Tears
To use the Draconic Tears:
- Head over to Starwatcher Avenue in the Central Starskiff Haven region.
- Look for an NPC named Howard, the IPC Specialist, located in a nearby open cafe.
- Talk to Howard and he will give you x10 Stellar Jade, x10 Strale, and x5000 Credit for Draconic Tears, which you can use to get new characters and to purchase items.
