The new weapon in God of War Ragnarok, the Blades of Chaos has been splendid in battle. While exploring regions in the nine realms, this is one of the handiest weapons. You will need Chaos Flames to upgrade it. Since you face numerous challenging bosses, leveling up your Blades of Chaos is crucial. Although you get most of them in the main story, we recommend you check out all Chaos Flames locations in God of War Ragnarok. Once you collect all of them, you will be able to level up your Blades of Chaos. However, many of them can be collected only after defeating major bosses. All Chaos Flames Locations in God of War Ragnarok
While in the nine realms of GoW, you will be able to collect eight Chaos Flames. While 5 of them are a part of the main story and will be found as you follow it, the other three can be obtained in certain ways. Every Flame that you get will improve your blade and improve your combat ability. Chaos Flames are like Frozen Flames which are used to upgrade the Leviathan Axe.
Now that you want to upgrade your Blades, here are all Chaos Flames Locations in God of War Ragnarok:
- First Chaos Flame Location – While in the main storyline quest, The Quest For Tyr, defeat the Dreki in Svartalfheim.
- Second Chaos Flame Location – While in the main storyline quest, The Reckoning, defeat the Forest Ancient in Vanaheim.
- Third Chaos Flame Location – While in the main storyline quest, The World of Fate, defeat the Frost Phantom in Midgard.
- Fourth Chaos Flame Location – While in the main storyline quest, Creatures of Prophecy, defeat the Two Dreki in Vanaheim.
- Fifth Chaos Flame Location – While in the main storyline quest, The Summoning, defeat the Soul Eater in Muspelheim.
- Sixth Chaos Flame Location – You will have to collect all six Chaos Sparks and then craft them to make one of the Chaos Flames in God of War Ragnarok.
- Seventh Chaos Flame Location – Finish the first six Trials of Muspelheim Crucible Challenges and you will be rewarded with a Chaos Flame.
- Eighth Chaos Flame Location – The last Chaos Flame will be found in the Berserker Gravestone in The Sinkholes in Vanaheim.
