- Find a horse and a donkey and tame them.
- Then, feed them a Golden Apple or Golden Carrots and they will enter love mode.
- Wait a few seconds for them to breed and you will get your mule in Minecraft.
You can get a Golden Carrot by placing a normal carrot on the crafting table and surrounding it with gold nuggets. Once you get a baby mule, you can feed it Hay Bale to make it grow faster. Then, you can use the adult mule as a mount. But first, you’ll have to tame it as well. After taming it, you can equip it with a saddle. A mule’s movement speed is based on the speed of its parents. So make sure you use a fast horse while breeding.
Apart from using it as a mount, you can also attach chests on a mule to carry your loot. This makes them an excellent company while foraging or looting. By placing a chest on a mule, you get 15 extra inventory slots. However, you cannot remove the chest. To get the chest back, you must kill the mule.
