Ever wondered, what if your enemy fought by your side? In Elden Ring, doing so is possible with the help of the Bewitching Branch. It is a Consumable Item that allows the player to bewitch or charm an enemy. After which, the bewitched enemy gets temporarily converted into an ally. However, the Bewitching Branch is not readily available as it needs to be crafted in order to be used. That being said, here’s how you can craft and use the Bewitching Branch.
How to Get the Bewitching Branch in Elden Ring (Recipe)
In Elden Ring, you can obtain the Bewitching Branch by crafting it using the following items.
- Fevor’s Cookbook (3)
- 1x Sacramental Bud
- 1x Miquella’s Lily
Besides crafting, you can also acquire the Bewitching Branch by purchasing it from a merchant. For instance, you can purchase a total of 5 Bewitching Branch from a Nomadic Merchant in exchange for 1600 Runes. This Nomadic Merchant is located near the Bellum Church in Liurnia of the Lakes region.
Moreover, you can also obtain Bewitching Branch by looting it from corpses. To be precise, you can get this Consumable item from a corpse located on the northern edge of the Church of Pilgrimage in Weeping Peninsula. Also, keep in mind that the corpse will be surrounded by multiple bats.
How to Use the Bewitching Branch
After using the Bewitching Branch in Elden Ring, your enemy will join forces with you for a short period. However, it will cost you 14 Focus Points each time you use it. So, be mindful of when to use this Consumable Item. Thankfully, you can hold up to 10 Bewitching Branches at once in your Inventory.
That covers everything about the Bewitching Branch in Elden Ring. While you are here, make sure to check out our other guide on the Locations of all the Cookbooks. Additionally, you can also take a look at our other Elden Ring Category for more such content on Gamer Tweak.
