These 3 are the best weapons that you should use in Splat Zone.

  • Splattershot
  • .52 Gal
  • Splat Roller

These weapons are so good that two of them are even in the S Tier of our weapons tier list. Here is why you should use them:

Splattershot

Splattershot is a powerful weapon that has the appearance of a very basic water gun. But don’t let its appearance fool you. This weapon is of the Shooter class, which has a good fire rate, a decent range, and not-so-bad damage. Here are its stats:

  • Range: 50
  • Damage: 47
  • Fire rate: 60

You get the sub weapon Suction bomb with it. You can throw these bombs at almost any surface. After they stay stuck there for 2 seconds they explode and spread ink around it.

As for its special you get Trizooka, you can press ZR to fire three blasts of ink in a single shot. You can use this special 3 times.

.52 Gal – Best weapon for Splat Zone in Splatoon 3

.52 Gal is another Shooter type of weapon. This weapon is very good for its damage, but then it gets balanced by its lower fire rate. And it also has a good range. You should check its stats:

  • Range: 55
  • Damage: 75
  • Fire rate: 25

With .52 Gal you get the Sub weapon Splash Wall. This is a type of a wall barrier that prevents enemies and their fire from passing through it. If an enemy tries to pass it they will immediately get splatted while the player and teammates won’t take any damage. The only way to counter it is either waiting for it to get over or shooting it down to speed up its timer.

As for the special of .52 Gal you get Killer Wail 5.1. It summons six speakers in a vertical hexagon to follow the player. When you use it, it will fire using two speakers at a time while launching a beam that is strong enough to pierce walls.

Splat Roller

Splat Roller as the name suggests is a weapon of the Roller class. It has the following stats:

  • Range: 48
  • Ink speed: 45
  • Handling: 55

This weapon gives you the sub-weapon Curl Bomb. You use a Curl bomb by deploying it, it moves in a straight line like a Roomba leaving a trail of ink behind. After crashing into any wall, surface, or obstacle it will change its direction and move accordingly. Once it covers its maximum distance it will explode.

Big bubbler is a defensive type of special weapon that you get with Splat Roller. It creates a barrier starting from the player’s feet and all the teammates inside the barrier won’t take damage from the enemy attacks. This effect lasts until the enemy attacks break the barrier down.
