If you wish to get the Mackinaw Beast in CP2077, make sure to tell Claire that the Sampson should be killed at the end of the race. Once Sampson dead, you will have to accept Claire’s offer to go on a ride. When you get to the destination, Claire will leave her beloved Mackinaw Beast behind for you.

If you want to save Sampson, you will have to convince Claire not to take revenge of her husband, Dean. Post Samson’s accident, you will have to say that you want to hear his side of the story and convince Claire not to kill him. If you did not try to convince her, she will kill Sampson.
