- Immediately after Chippin’ In quest, call Rogue and ask her out on a date.
- Go to a drive-in theater.
- Have a conversation with here, select all flirty dialogues.
- Proceed to kiss Rogue at the end.
Doing this above will ensure that you get to romance Rogue right away. Though things do not get as steamy as the rest of the romance options in Cyberpunk 2077 like Meredith Stout or Panam, this will ensure that you get Rogue as an ally in the game.
