Monowire can be found early on in the game during one of Regina’s quest titled, “Shark in the Water”. As soon as this quest begins, make sure that you walk towards the building and then take a left. You should be able to see a shop with its shutters down. Approach it to open the shutters and you’ll find a chest inside. Here you will get the monowire.
