- Teleport to the Waypoint in Ruins of Qara-Yisu as your World Tier 3 or World Tier 4 character.

- Clear the Dungeon and reset it. You can do so by leaving the dungeon by going to the entrance (or leaving via the emote wheel) and waiting for some time. This will reset the enemies and you can farm it again to see if you get a drop of the Wrathful Barber Heart in Diablo 4.
