The elevator helps to ascend and descend from one floor to another at the Arcane Tower. However, it will be guarded by two Arcane Turrets. You will have to deactivate the Turrets and activate the generator to fix the elevator.
First, use a Misty step or Feather Fall to reach the mushrooms on the cliff near the tower. Now jump to the first floor of the Arcane Tower and head to the backyard. You will find Sussur Blossom flowers here. Combine the flowers with the generator to fix the elevator in the Arcane Tower. - Go two floors up using the lift
- Get The Road to Darkness and read it
- Go another floor above
- Interact with the robot and quote the words read from the Road to Darkness book
- Ascend another floor again
- Find and open the ornate door
- Go upstairs and use the lever to unlock the basement wall
