You can get to Azkaban only if you are playing as a Hufflepuff student in Hogwarts Legacy. You will get this quest after completing the Trials of Merlin’s quest titled the Prisoner of Love. To start this quest, head over to the Common Room and interact with the Eldritch Diggory’s painting. As every Common room is different, only Hufflepuff house players can play through this quest. But before you interact with the painting, you have to obtain a letter informing you that Eldritch Diggory wants to talk to you.

Not to spoil the rest of the quest story, you will catch a glimpse of Dementors and other prisoners at Azkaban. Unfortunately, once you have completed this quest, you cannot head back to the Azkaban prison. So, it seems like Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, and Ravenclaw houses aren’t missing much.
