Since it is a combo move, one of the important factors is going to be timing. Arts Combo usually can be started by a character with the specific Art effect required. Additionally, they need to complete the move that is specific to beginning the Art combo. In a game like Xenoblade Chronicles 3, Art Combos can make a huge difference.
