- Launch Age of Empires 4.
- Go to the main menu and click on the PLAY tab.
- Click on the + icon at the bottom-left section of the screen.
- Check the My Group tab.
- Select an + Empty slot.
- Click on Invite to Group.
- You will see your Friends list here including friend requests, requests sent, online and offline friends etc.
- To invite friends, click on the Add button.
- In the Search Players window, type your friend’s profile name (the one they are using in AoE IV)
- This will make the game search for the player and their profile will show up.
- Send the friend request.
