Shrine Ruins
Go to area 3 and climb up the vine wall in the northwestern region. Here you will certainly find one here
Frost Islands
Go to region 5 and look for the large rock in the northern region. Look for a tree that is sticking out of a rock and you will also see a car snowman. You will find it here.
Sandy Plains
You will need to check out the underground cave system in Sandy Plains, make sure to get to Region 5 and then go north from there, and once you find the caves drop in and start investigating.

Flooded Forest
Once you get to the Flooded Forest, go to the north side of region 7 and here you will find the rock formation. Look for the junk pile in the grass and you should get your hands on the felyne fur ruby here.
Lava Caverns
When you get to Lava Caverns, go to region 1, and to the north, you will be able to see a vine wall. Climb it up and then head up from the stairs towards the stone structures, here you will find the final Felyne Fur Ruby in Monster Hunter Rise.
Alternatively, you can also get it by targeting monsters like Melynxes and Felynes, but the drop rates are very rare and not worth the time and effort.
