Diablo 4: Where to Farm Angelbreath

Published Date :

While Angelbreath can be found in various places across the map and you will encounter it while exploring, if you have Vessel of Hatred, you have an even more important use of this resource in Diablo 4. The Seething Opal of Socketables elixir which gives you more Gem Fragments and Runes along with Reputation and 15% increased XP for 30 minutes requires 3 Angelbreath each time.

There’s more! Season 6’s Season Journey has an objective related to this resource, and since the difficulty levels have changed since Season 6, you need to focus on upgrading Health Potions, which is where Angelbreath comes in handy too. In the endgame, you require it to reroll the stats on Affixes and so, here’s where players can farm it easily.

Where to Farm Angelbreath in Diablo 4

helltides best way to get angelbreath in diablo 4

Your best bet to obtain Angelbreath in higher quantities is from Helltide events (by opening the chests) and also from Nightmare Dungeons which can be farmed. Apart from this, the third best option is to find Herb Caches which can be found during exploration or side quests.

If you’re new to Diablo 4, Helltides are world events that randomly appear on the map (marked in red) where you must kill hordes of demons, collect Aberrant Cinders, and use them to open special chests within the area.

You can keep doing this until the Helltide timer ends, but if you forget to use all the Cinders to open chests, the remaining ones you’ve collected are permanently lost. Moreover, if you die during a Helltide, either due to an enemy attack or hellfire that rained upon you, you lose half of your collected Aberrant Cinders.

Note that a Blood Maiden event will appear during Helltides (it will appear on the map as shown below) where you must take down a huge crowd of hellspawns to get Angelbreath along with other drops.

Players must supply 3 Baneful Hearts at the Accursed Altars to summon these demons, and if you have plenty of them, this is one of the best spots to farm Angelbreath in Diablo 4. In case it ends up being a bit too tough, find other players of a higher level and join forces with them to complete this event.
