To use Summoning Circle in Phasmophobia, all you need to do is light the 5 candles around it. For that, you can use any kind of Igniter such as Matchsticks, or Lighters. But don’t forget, each candle you light will deduct 16% of your and nearby players’ Sanity. So it means, lighting 5 candles will deduct 80% of Sanity, which can surely get you in trouble. If you’re still having trouble summoning the ghost, then scroll down for easy steps.

  1. First, make sure you have a good sanity level in the first place. Or else the game will not allow you to light the candles.
  2. Next, use Igniter to light all 5 candles one by one.
  3. Once done, a ghost will be summoned and may stay motionless for 5 seconds.
  4. So go ahead and click a picture quickly and try to get out of there.

Players must know, that there are times when the 5-second grace period (Ghost event) is skipped and the ghost directly starts a Cursed Hunt. In this case, all they can do is plan out a proper escape plan before you activate & use the Summoning Circle in Phasmophobia. If you successfully take a picture of the ghost, then you’ll be rewarded with 5XP and 5$. The reward may differ depending on the quality and distance of the photo it was taken from. We would advise you to avoid going solo and team up with your friends for a better chance of survival.

That sums everything up about how you can use the Summoning Circle in Phasmophobia easily. If you’re not familiar with the other Cursed Possessions available in the game, then we’ve got you covered. Also, take a look at the best Hiding spots on all maps in Phasmophobia.
