To begin crafting and upgrading Legion Arms, you must first rescue Venigni from the Venigni Factory in Area III. You will need to make your way through the factory, defeating the fiery robotic boss, King’s Flame, Fuoco. Once he is defeated, access will open to a new area behind the factory containing a Stargazer. Activating this Stargazer will trigger Venigni’s arrival at Hotel Krat.
How to Use Legion Arm Crafting Station
With Venigni now present, a new machine appears in Hotel Krat. This is the Legion Arm Crafting Station. To change your Legion Arm, you need Legion Plugs, which can be found by thoroughly exploring the city of Krat. Also, you can make it more powerful by upgrading it with Legion Calibers.
Each Legion Arm scales in Motivity, Technique, and Advance as they are upgraded to higher grades. The Crafting Station also allows applying up to three upgrades per Legion Arm, augmenting their behaviors and abilities in battle.
