As you keep progressing and collecting more and more items, you will surely need a bigger bag. So, how to get bag upgrades? Well, just like real life, it costs money. How to Increase Inventory Space in Story of Seasons Friends of Mineral Town

The first bag upgrade (Basic Bag) can be bought for 3000 G at the General Store. This is how the store looks on the map:

With the first bag upgrade, this you can get extra inventory room for tools as well as items. Players will get 16 item slots and 8 tool slots with this so it will make things very easy for you.

There is a second bag upgrade that can be acquired from the same store and it is called the Big Bag. This will cost you 5000 G which is quite expensive but it will be worth it because it gives you 24 item slots and 12 slots for tools. Once you get the Big Bag, your farming life will get much more convenient and you will save a lot of time. By doing this you can focus on some other important tasks like raising a horse, marrying the Harvest Goddess, and upgrading tools.

You can find a lot of useful items there including seeds you need to grow crops, cooking ingredients and more. Visit the store from 9 am to 5 pm on all days except Tuesdays, Sundays and Holidays.
