Resident Evil 4 Remake: How To Unlock Leon Kennedy’s Jacket

Published Date :

The Resident Evil 4 remake allows a plethora of costumes and clothing items for Leon Kennedy. While you can see Leon wearing a brown leather bomber jacket as you start with the Re4 remake, he loses it early few minutes after the prologue. Considering the game’s difficulty, Capcom won’t make it easy to get back Leon’s ultimate drip. This has got several players wondering if they can buy or get the jacket, again. Yes, you can by unlocking the Jacket. So, here’s how you can unlock Leon Kennedy’s jacket in the Resident Evil 4 remake.

You can unlock Leon’s Jacket by completing the Re4 remake. While relative, it should take you around 12 to 15 hours (by skipping cutscenes) to complete your first playthrough. Once you have beaten the game, you will unlock Leon Kennedy’s Jacket and can buy it from the Extra Content Shop for CP.

So, here’s how you can equip Leon’s jacket after unlocking it:

  • Head to the Main Story and select the Extras option.
  • From there, select Leon’s Costume option.
  • Lastly, select the Jacket to equip Leon Kennedy jacket.

The new version of the RE4 remake of Leon’s jacket is originally designed by the clothing firm Schott N.Y.C. The iconic jacket sported by Leon is a real Classic B-3 Sheepskin leather bomber jacket ranging at the price of $1,495. This was spotted by a keen-eyed Reddit user, u/redgrave187.

Isn’t it amazing that Capcom put in the effort to take permission from the clothing firm for Leon’s Jacket only for it to be unlocked post-game? You can also find the disclaimer at the end of Resident Evil 4 Remake’s official trailer.
