If you didn’t choose the Handler as your archetype at the start of Remnant 2, then don’t worry we have got you covered on how you can unlock it as the game progresses. In the sequel to Remnant: From The Ashes, players will come across different classes to choose the ones best suited to their playstyle. Handler is one such support class that players will have the chance to select at the beginning of the game. And for the most it, the archetype works well with his dog companion and their abilities providing support for the team in Remnant 2. Now if you didn’t choose it at the start, worry not, you will be able to unlock it as the game progresses.
How to Unlock Handler in Remnant 2
To unlock the Handler Archetype, players will need to craft a Silent Whistle and equip it in the slot in Remnant 2. Silent Whistle is an Engram and like any other archetypes you want to unlock, you will first have to get your hands on the item. For players to be able to craft the Silent Whistle, you will need the Old Whistle at your disposal. Players can purchase the Old Whistle for 1500 Scraps from the NPC Mudtooth in Ward 13. Once you get your hands on the whistle, you will need two more to craft the Engram. Along with Old Whistle, here are the items you will need:
- Old Whistle x1
- Luminite Crystal x10
- Scrap x1000
Once you have enough items on you, visit Wallace in Ward 13 to craft the Silent Whistle Ingram. Now to unlock the Handler archetype players will have to equip the engram in the Archetype slot in Remnant 2. Once done you will have the role of the Handler and will be able to support your team. With your abilities and pet companion, it will be easier to rely on teamwork. After which you will have Trainer Cap, Trainer Clothes, Trainer Workboots & Trainer Braces as your armor at the start. And as for weapons, you will have your hands on Blackmaw AR-47, Rusted Claws & Tech 22.
