Check out how to unlock Ginger island and get to it easily.
How to Visit Ginger Island in Stardew Valley?
To access Ginger Island, you have to first fix Willy’s old boat. Repair the Ship hull, Ticket Machine and Iridium Anchor. When you donate the materials to fix the ship, you have to wait a day and when it’s repaired, you can pay 1000g to visit Fern Islands.
How to Fix Will’s Old Ship to Ride to Ginger Island?
During the end-game section, Willy will inform you via a letter that he’s unlocked the back of his Fish shop. If you haven’t got it yet, see if you have completed the Community Center bundles. After receiving the letter, go to the back room and you will see a cutscene about his old boat.
These are the resources you need to repair Willy’s old ship:
- Fix Ship Hull: 200 Hardwood
- Fix Iridium Anchor: 5 Iridium Bars
- Repair Ticket Machine: 5 Battery Packs
With these materials, you can bring back Willy’s father’s ship to its previous glorious state. Since this is an end-game thing, the resources are quite rare. Also note that after fixing the boat, you can go to the Fish Shop at 8 am daily and also have to pay 1000g to get the ticket to sail to Ginger Island.
