You can give the Unalloyed Gold Needle to Millicent to cure her of the Scarlet Rot in Elden Ring. This would enable and trigger Millicent’s questline. So, follow the below steps:
Once you have completed this questline, you can get the Miquella’s Needle by returning it to Scarlet Aoenia, Goddess of Rot. You can do so after defeating the final boss Malenia, the Blade of Miquella. As mentioned earlier, this will change the bad ending, Flame of Frenzy.
